Deputy CAO Geoffrey Vuciri Hands Over Desktop Computer to Namasale Town Clerk

The Ministry of Local Government has provided Namasale Town Council with a desktop computer to support the implementation and operation of the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS).

While officially handing over the computer, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Geoffrey Vuciri urged the Town Clerk, Rapa Calvin, to ensure that the equipment is properly utilized to strengthen revenue collection and improve service delivery within the town council.

Enhancing Revenue Collection Through Technology

Deputy CAO Geoffrey Vuciri emphasized the importance of adopting digital systems in local government operations, noting that the Integrated Revenue Administration System will help improve efficiency, accountability, and transparency in revenue management.

He encouraged the Town Council leadership to make effective use of the computer in managing local revenue processes and maintaining proper records.

Receiving the computer on behalf of Namasale Town Council, Town Clerk Rapa Calvin appreciated the Ministry of Local Government for the support and pledged to ensure that the equipment is used effectively to improve revenue administration and support development initiatives within the town council.
